IATA CASS
Cargo Accounts Settlement System
CASS is IATA’s centralised billing and settlement system between airlines and freight forwarders. Instead of every carrier invoicing separately, air waybills are reconciled and settled through one controlled channel on a fixed schedule. Participation is granted against IATA’s financial and operational criteria, and those criteria continue to be reviewed for as long as an agent takes part.
